SHIPPING POLICY
Most items are in stock and will ship within 5 business days. If items are back-ordered or made-to-order, please allow approximately 3 weeks to create due to the handmade jewelry process. Custom orders, however, will require a 2-4 week production time. Once custom pieces are in production, they cannot be canceled nor returned.
We ship USPS insured and offer Priority or Express Mail within the US. International orders are shipped via FEDEX International Air. Delivery charges are calculated depending on the shipping method and package value. Please refer to your order form for exact shipping charges, as they are calculated once an item is added to your cart. All orders placed on Friday will likely not be processed until the following Monday.
All international orders are subject to import taxes, customs duties and brokerage fees levied by the destination country and the recipient is responsible for paying these fees. Helena Ora has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. These fees are imposed by the receiving company and are based on the retail value of the invoice. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. All international orders are final sale.
The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges related to undeliverable packages (including return to sender fees). Helena Ora is unable to provide refunds for international orders if a customer declines to pay the duties and the package is treated as abandoned or returned to sender. Any fees that Helena Ora incurs in this or similar scenario will be billed to the recipient.
We are not able to ship to PO Box Addresses.
