U.S. Orders
Orders are final sale but may be canceled anytime prior to shipping.
We regret that customer will be charged for any and all shipping costs we have incurred if the package is bounced back or the package is undeliverable.
Special Orders and Custom Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed into production.
International Orders
Orders shipping to an address outside the United States, once shipped cannot be returned or cancelled.
