Please inspect your purchase carefully upon receipt.  If there is a repair need or damage to your piece of jewelry upon receipt, please email us at katie@helenaorajewelry.com.

Please include your name, description of the repair required, and a photo of the damage. If we are able to repair your piece, we will issue you an RA number and shipping instructions. Repairs take approximately 2-4 weeks to complete depending on the nature of the repair.
